Accessibility Statement

SessionBeacon aims to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We are working towards conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with labelled form controls and landmarks.
• Keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
• Colour contrast that targets WCAG 2.2 AA, in both light and dark themes.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences and resizable text.

Testing approach

Accessibility is assessed using a combination of automated checks (for example axe-core / Lighthouse), manual keyboard-only testing, and screen-reader spot checks. We re-test on significant UI changes and aim to address conformance issues as they are found. Our most recent review against WCAG 2.2 AA was on 2026-06-19.

Known limitations

Some complex views (such as the calendar grid and scheduling polls) are still being refined for assistive technology. If you hit a barrier, please tell us and we will prioritise a fix and offer an alternative way to complete the task.
